Craft Cocktail HQ

We use spirits produced at the distillery where applicable and the freshest ingredients for all cocktails and will source Oregon produced craft spirits if we do not currently make or stock the requested spirit. We will also work with you to create your own themed craft cocktails for your special event in addition to our seasonal menu.

Tasting Room Bar Details

Our tasting room bar offers a unique and warm experience. The bar, tables, and benches were all hand forged using re-purposed wood and steel.

Distillery Floor

This is where we do the bulk of our work when crafting our fine spirits. This area is great for large groups and has a industrial look and feel. The distillery floor is separate from our tasting room and is climate controlled to the best of our ability so please keep that in mind when planning during the winter and summer months. This is a great way to experience our operation up close and personal.

Offsite Events

We can bring the party to you! We have the ability to be a mobile bar and cater your wedding, social gathering, and all of your specialty events. We have worked with non-profits where we provided tastings, cocktails, and education about distilling. We also have a Divco milk truck with a refrigerator box and tap handles that can pour your favorite mixed cocktails and craft beer. Contact us for more details.
