Day 4 of the shutdown and situation normal. We do breakfast on the weekends starting at 9AM which allowed time for the staff in some much needed synchronized calisthenics before opening.

First propane levels for the main heat source are dangerously low. Middle management has been foraging most of the day and have found a few partially full tanks. We hope to make it through the night. Worst case scenario we can burn pizza to-go boxes for warmth.

Day two was busy with a little bit of sunshine and near misses. Shadow puppets and meatball subs for the win!

Spent the day getting acclimated to our surroundings. The modified carport is holding up just fine. 15 minutes after getting it installed this AM a 40MPH gust from the south tested every tie down and anchor, Seaira’s (who was in the Clubhouse/Tent) during the gust heart rate was elevated to 112 BPM during peak gust as the rest of the staff watched her battle from the safety of the distillery. She survived and is doing well.

Today is the day! Our second ready to drink cocktail can is available for purchase at the Distillery. The Arne Swanson: Tea, Lemonade, and our 276 vodka in a good looking can.

Today's word is Proactive. We have internally struggled with this decision over the past week and isn't an easy one as we have enjoyed opening the doors back up, that being said..

Starting Friday July 3rd we will be rolling back to curbside and take out only. This was a group decision at the Distillery and we want to put the health of our staff, customers, and community first.

We are excited to announce that Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery will be opening for dine-in service on Wednesday 5/27 with our regular business hours AND we will continue to provide our take-out and curbside service!

Dine-in service will be by reservation only with seating in the Distillery and on the Patio to keep things as ‘open-air’ as possible for our staff and customers. The following outlines the procedures, both required and recommended, by the Oregon Heath Authority for Phase One that we have put in place to protect our staff, our customers, and our community!
