OGG Clubhouse Report Day 5

Time: 7:20 PM
Date: November 22nd 2020
Temperature: 32 degrees or 0 celsius
Mood: good

Wire to wire the coldest day yet and spirits are high. Day started with copious amounts of sunshine even though Shelby dressed for an Arctic expedition. We forgot just how much the community loves breakfast burritos and were reminded this AM, wow! Thanks for the support! For all you breakfast burrito engineers out there we are always looking for new combinations. Shoot us any ideas you have!

During the afternoon Bailey and Middle Management had a discussion about whether waving at the cars as they drive by while sitting inside the clubhouse was worth the effort due to the fact it is hard to see inside the clubhouse when driving by. Immediately after finishing the discussion Bailey waves at the first car driving by and they waved back. We were wrong and Bailey was right… Again

As the sun disappeared behind a layer of clouds Roman showed up for the PM shift to spread some cheer. Roman and Bailey dominated the clubhouse all afternoon, until close at exactly 7:15PM. Sometimes in the winter months we will close a little early if it is slow. Tonight was one of those nights.

Kitchen staff is still working on the frozen pizza project and made good progress today. Staff is taking pies home to try in their own ovens and reporting back tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Propane has been restocked.

Hailey brought Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies and Mori brought a Lemon Strawberry Cake for the staff and was much appreciated. They didn’t last long

Overall we had a great weekend and ready for Monday!

Thank You,
OGG STAFF
